Lost Property Policy

Wet Items: Items such as swimwear, towels, and damp clothing are kept for a maximum of 1 week due to hygiene reasons.

General Items: Items such as clothing, bottles, and personal belongings are kept for 4 weeks.

Valuables: Items such as phones, wallets, jewellery, ID, and keys are logged, stored securely, and kept for 8–12 weeks. If unclaimed after this period, they may be handed to the police or appropriately destroyed.

Collection: General items are placed in the Lost Property Box at reception. Valuables are recorded in the Lost Property Log and stored securely.

Claiming: Items can be reclaimed at reception by providing a description. ID may be required for valuable items.

Disposal: After the holding period, all unclaimed items are cleared. Usable items may be sent to charity, and unusable items will be responsibly disposed of.
