3. CCTV & Media Usage
3.1 CCTV Monitoring

Both of our sites operate 24/7 CCTV monitoring for the safety and security of our members, visitors, and staff, and for the protection of our property and equipment.

CCTV is installed in communal areas, entrances, exits, car parks, and other relevant spaces.

All CCTV footage is automatically deleted after 21 days, unless required for the investigation of an incident.

3.2 Sauna & Ice Bath Area

CCTV is in place outside the sauna and ice bath area to ensure member safety.

Cameras are motion and trip-line activated to detect risk (e.g., a member collapsing).

This CCTV is:

Not accessible by staff for general viewing.

Password protected and restricted to management only.

Only accessed in the event of an incident, or if legally requested by relevant emergency services.

Released only where legally required (e.g., to police, emergency services, or insurance investigators).

3.3 Access to CCTV Footage

CCTV footage is password protected and only accessible to authorised personnel.

Requests for access must be made in writing and will only be granted where legally justified.

Footage will not be shared with third parties except in compliance with the law.

3.4 Marketing & Media

On occasion, we film or take photographs within the gym for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, printed materials).

We aim to give notice when filming is taking place.

If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform a member of staff at the time, and we will respect your request.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:
