We’re currently experiencing occasional technical issues on the online payment page for day and week passes.

If you enter your card details and the page suddenly refreshes or seems to “loop”, please do not try multiple times straight away.

Instead, please:

Check your banking app to see if the payment has gone through, or

Log into the EmpoweredFIT app and check if a day pass has been added to your account.

To avoid any hassle while we fix this, we strongly recommend buying your day pass at reception where possible.

3. Log In to the App

Use the email address you signed up with and your password to log in.
Once you’re in, you can:
Use your QR code for gym access
Purchase future day/week passes
View your activity & track your training
Access important updates

4. Know Our Staffed Hours
While members can train 24/7 365, our reception and support are available:
Weekdays: 7am – 9pm
Weekends: 9am – 5pm
Pop in during these times if you need a hand with anything!

5. Classes Are Included!
You can view our timetable on the app or on our website. No need to book either, just show up 5 minutes before so you're ready to warm up.

6.EmpoweredEATS
Our on-site café EmpoweredEATS is the perfect place to refuel post-workout.
Grab a meal, coffee, smoothie or snack, sit in or take-away!

7. Stock Up at Reception
Forgot your water? Need a protein hit? Want a pre-workout boost? Ran out of supplements?
We've got you covered. Pick up drinks, protein shakes and essentials from our reception desk.
